Ego Death: "Requiem, EVP” is a recording based on experimentation with original EVP recordings. EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) is a phenomenon where in silent places (like cemeteries) a tape recorder left alone somewhere will record human voices whispering words clearly among the general environmental noise. Some say this is a way for the dead to contact again the living, thus most of their words reveal despair, anger and other intense emotions.
